  • Time required for your PHOTO SHOOT for your HEADSHOT:
  • 30mn to 1 hour for a “STUDIO” HEADSHOT, on a black, white or grey backdrop

  • 30 minutes to 1 1/2 hour for a PERSONAL PORTRAIT / CONTEMPORARY HEADSHOT
    ( click here to view examples of such HEADSHOTS )

Please note that an additional 30mn to 1 hour will be necessary prior to the starting time of your HEADSHOT, for me and/or my assistant to set up my lighting equipment etc.  –  time during which your presence will not be required and so that you can focus on running your business J or anything else you need to do.

  • What will be delivered to you for each person:1 PERFECTLY TOUCHED UP / RETOUCHED HEADSHOT / PORTRAITYou will receiveONE COLOR + also ONE BLACK & WHITE version of your final HEADSHOT so that you will have and own both versions for your various business use

Note:   I will size and deliver to you the FINAL RETOUCHED HEADSHOT to the size/ratio (width/height) which will be most complimentary to your headshot – should you prefer a SPECIFIC FINAL SIZE of your choosing please email me such dimensions PRIOR to your photo shoot

  • Your HEADSHOT will be delivered to you in HIGH JPEG DIGITAL format (by email or through a private Internet link – a few days after your selection of your very favorite raw shot)
  • Location for your photo shoot: Depending on his schedule and timeline, Pascal Monmoine might be able to come to create your great HEADSHOT right at your OWN OFFICE! (if in the Durham area) – or at a location of his choosing (based on light quality and surroundings), usually somewhere in Durham, North Carolina
  • You will have UNLIMITED RIGHTS to use your HEADSHOT, without any time limits and without any use restrictions… it is all yours J … and forever J … to use as often as you will wish and in any ways, medias and prints that you will choose…
  • We will shoot between 50 and 200 headshots of you during your photo shoot, and you will then choose your #1 favorite out of all those, picking the one with the very best overall “emotion” and overall “feel” transpiring from it, and this is the one final headshot that Pascal Monmoine will then work on retouching (personally) for you J
  • Fee for your PHOTO SHOOT + custom post production RETOUCHING/AIRBRUSHING of your exclusive HEADSHOT (all done by Pascal Monmoine himself and not outsourced as many photographers do):  $ 380   (+ North Carolina Sales Tax if your photo shoot takes place in North Carolina – USA)

  • Special Discounted Rate:

    If you commission Pascal to create your HEADSHOT(s) while ALSO having him create OTHER PHOTOGRAPHS FOR YOU (group shots, candid photos of your clients and/or employees, architectural photographs of your building or office etc.) at the same time than your headshot (and for a minimum of $1,200 of total cumulative billings), your personal/professional HEADSHOT will then only be billed $290 (instead of the regular fee of $380)

  • GROUP Rate :
  • If you commission us to create a minimum of 5 HEADSHOTS of your employees/partners/board, all created during the same session/photo shoot, your cost per headshot will be discounted to $290
    (+ North Carolina Sales Tax if your photo shoot takes place in North Carolina – USA)
  • If you commission us to create a minimum of 10 HEADSHOTS of your employees/partners/board, all created during the same session/photo shoot, your cost per headshot will be discounted to $250
    (+ North Carolina Sales Tax if your photo shoot takes place in North Carolina – USA)
