you should never ever apologize for being teary… whetehr it is tears from hurt or joy… sadly more often fro tears thhan joy in most people’s lives…
whenever you get teary… the person WITH the tears in HER/HIS eyes should NEVER say ” I am sorry… “… the witness to those tears should!
