Bonjour my Dearest FRIENDS ❤

This post will be super brief and only informational… from having been through sooooo many Doctors visits, exams and surgeries in the past 10 years or so… especially with the 5 consecutive surgeries since my massive heart attack a few months ago… I have had the privilege to meet some GREAT AMAZING Doctors along the way… and some not so great but based on my choosen life approach that if I do not have anything good and kind to say about someone or something I will simply abstain from any comments… I will of course not mention the Doctors who I disliked… or those who literally hurt me and/or my body 😣😥

I realize through my very many health struggles that NOT all Doctor are equal… and that’s a major understatement!… they are far from “equal” both in their qualities as a human being, as well as in their medical skills.  And going to the right or “wrong” Doctor for your health, which is SOOOO VITAL to the core of your life and well being, can make an enormous difference in your life and in your soul and spirit.

I will save you all the ground work that I did, sometimes for months or years, in selecting those here under and why and how (just to give you 1 example, for my spinal fusion surgery, I had seen and interviewed and checked on 5 different surgeons… and of course only picked 1 🙂 ) .

So here they are for you and as much as I deeply and truly hope that you will never ever need any of them… for your health will be so much better than mine! lol  … I am including it here in case it is ever of any help on your own journey or for your loved ones…

And I want to IMMENSELY and DEEPLY THANK each and everyone of those amazing Doctors who are also amazing human beings, offering true caring, compassion and empathy to their patients… just as they offered it to me… and without each and everyone of them, either my body, or my soul/spirit, or both… would simply not be alive today.
Thank you SO MUCH to each and everyone of them for bringing longevity and rescuing and fixing to my banged up failing body… while also bringing love, support and hope to my soul and spirit… I would most probably not be around without each and everyone of them who have touched my life in so many ways…

So here is for you a list of the most important, and “bestest” and most caring Doctors and Surgeons that I have been privileged to get to know, and be treated by, over the past few years (or decades for some) … and especially more in this past year after my massive heart attack and 6 consecutive surgeries…

In regards to PHARMACIES and MEDS, I have tried soooo many chains and even SAM’s Club etc.. and NOTHING and NO ONE has ever compared both in quailty of care and truth of kindness (and prices too! 🙂 ) than Sree, my favorite Pharmacist in the whole world… he is at SUTTON STATION next to Southpoint Mall… and he is the ONLY person and place I know get all my meds from… feel free to tell him you are a friend of mine if you go there, he will give you great service and offer to you endless kindness and truly caring advice…

do one post of blog about MED TIPS ABOUT FLONAZE FOR KIDNEY STONES OR STOOK SOFTNEERS ETC…

DO IT AS  vlogggg yes! more animated and people do NOT READ ANYMORE! 🙁

and do one about FLOMAX and PREVENTING stones or passing them while still small… do series on that…..

I truly hope that these modest sharings (which are of course NOT an endorsment in any ways… only little me sharing my personal modest experience of … a million and a half (sounds cute to use that figure ! lol ) health struggles!!!) will maybe modestly help your own journey and health issues… it is my most sincere wish that it does 💗
